Privacy policy
1. Controller
Grigorii Kulkov, a natural person, publisher of vibe-sud-france.com. Contact: contact@vibe-sud-france.com.
2. Data processed
When the site is accessed, the server records:
- statistics log: pages requested, date and time, source of the visit (referrer, link parameter), device type, browser, operating system, browser language, country, region and city, the provider’s network, indicators of automated requests. The IP address is not recorded; it is replaced by a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address, the User-Agent and a secret renewed every month;
- security log: date and time, page, response code, User-Agent, IP address with its last part set to zero;
- error log: full IP address, only in entries on critical server failures; the server’s technical error stream may contain the full IP address.
No cookies are used. No third-party analytics tools or scripts are used.

The provision of data is not a statutory or contractual requirement. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
4. Recipients
- Contabo GmbH (Germany) - hosting provider, processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The server is located in France.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - content delivery and protection network through which requests pass. Transfers to the United States are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, should it cease to apply, on the EU standard contractual clauses.
The data are not disclosed to any other recipient and are not sold.

Deletion is automatic.
6. Data stored in the browser
The browser’s localStorage may hold language and display preferences (vibe-lang, vibe-theme). These entries are necessary for functions requested by the user and are not sent to the server.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR). Requests are sent to contact@vibe-sud-france.com stating the date and time of the visit, the IP address and the User-Agent; without them the entries cannot be identified.
A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from the browser is treated as an objection to visit statistics: when it is present, no statistics log is kept.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (CNIL, Service des plaintes, 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris; cnil.fr/fr/plaintes) or with the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where you live or work.
